Wir wollen alles daransetzen, die Psychedelic Experience zur besten, buntesten und friedlichsten psychedelischen Erfahrung für uns alle zu machen. Bitte nehmt deshalb Rücksicht auf die anderen Besucher und verhaltet euch so, dass sich niemand belästigt, gefährdet oder geschädigt fühlt. Behandelt andere so, wie ihr selbst behandelt werden möchtet. Seit achtsam mit euch selbst und eurer Umwelt.
Alterskontrolle & Sicherheit
Wunderbare Festivalerfahrungen könnt ihr bei uns ab einem Mindestalter von 18 Jahren sammeln. Das sind die Bestimmungen des Jugendschutzgesetzes. Nur mit einer gültigen Eintrittskarte dürft ihr das Festivalgelände betreten. Dort sorgen die Mitarbeiter unseres Ordnungsdienstes für eure Sicherheit während des Festivals. Sie nehmen das Hausrecht von Solartech Event wahr. Wir bitten euch darum, die Anweisungen der Ordner zu befolgen, um einen stressfreien Ablauf der Veranstaltung zu gewährleisten.
Anreise mit Bus und Bahn
Damit ihr das Festivalgelände sicher, schnell und möglichst umweltfreundlich erreichen könnt, haben wir für euch Anreisemöglichkeiten mit Bus und Bahn organisiert. Bitte reist möglichst mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln an.

Barrierefreiheit
Eine Party für alle: Unter diesem Motto sollen alle Besucher das Festival gleichermaßen genießen können. Deshalb bemühen wir uns, unser Festival möglichst barrierefrei erlebbar zu machen. Eine behindertengerechte Toilette ist vorhanden. Dennoch können die unbefestigten Wege auf dem Festivalgelände teilweise zu Hürden werden. Für einen entspannten Besuch des Festivals empfehlen wir euch deshalb, zusammen mit einer Begleitperson anzureisen. Vor Ort an der Kasse gibt es bei Vorlage eures Schwerbehindertenausweises mit einem „B“ eine Ermäßigung für das Ticket eurer
Begleitperson.
Bühnen
Selbstverständlich präsentieren wir euch auf zwei Bühnen wieder ein erstklassiges Line-up mit Top Artists aus der ganzen Welt. Dabei werden euch die Visionen vielzähliger Deko Teams in neue Sphären führen, in denen ihr den Alltag vergessen und mit einem Lächeln in den Sommer tanzen werdet. Von unserer geliebten Mandala-Stage haben wir uns 2017 verabschiedet. Seit 2018 begrüßen wir dafür das Sungate als neuen „Terminal of Dance“ mit einem völlig neuen Konzept. Seit diesem Jahr ganz neu und wunderschön begrüßen wir unser Butterfly Stage. Ihr dürft gespannt sein, denn hier werden Freunde von Mond und Sonne über 3 Nächte und 4 Tage von den Klängen der Musik zum Tanzen animiert. Natürlich wird auch der Ambient Garden wieder mit vielen faszinierenden Details eingerichtet. Hier findet sich Platz für all diejenigen, die eine Chillpause vom Tanzen brauchen oder sich in Ruhe unterhalten möchten.
Checkpoint & Einlass
Willkommen! Wenn ihr die Checkpoint-Container am Eingang des Festivalgeländes seht, habt ihr es fast geschafft. Denn hier bekommt ihr gegen Vorlage eurer Festivaltickets eure Bändchen, mit denen ihr das Festivalgelände nach Belieben jederzeit betreten und verlassen könnt. Es ist nicht erlaubt, sich ohne gültiges Bändchen auf dem Gelände der Psychedelic Experience aufzuhalten. Wer ohne gültiges Bändchen am Handgelenk angetroffen wird, erhält ein Platzverbot.
Am Checkpoint werden zudem deine Fragen zum Festival beantwortet. Hier gibt es den Info-Point und unser Fundbüro, wo du dich melden kannst, wenn du etwas verloren hast oder Fundsachen abgeben möchtest.
Camping
Die Tore der Camping Area öffnen für euch am Mittwoch um 19 Uhr. Ihr könnt dort zelten, es euch gemütlich machen und eure Fahrzeuge abstellen. Die Kosten dafür sind im Eintrittspreis enthalten. Nach dem Ende des Festivals sollten die Zelte baldmöglichst wieder abgebaut werden. Bitte denkt daran, dass der Platz bis Dienstag, 13 Uhr, vollständig geräumt sein muss. Tiere sind auf dem gesamten Gelände nicht erlaubt, da die Veranstaltung für sie nicht geeignet ist. Für Abfälle und Müll gilt das Entsorgungskonzept des Festivals.
Duschen & Toiletten
Auf dem Festivalgelände gibt es warme und kalte Duschen. Außerdem stehen zahlreiche Toiletten zur Verfügung. Wir bitten euch, diese auch zu benutzen und dabei auf Sauberkeit zu achten. Mithilfe eines Geländeplans könnt ihr die Sanitäranlagen finden, über das gesamte Festivalgelände verteilt aufgestellt werden. Die Dixis werden regelmäßig geleert.
Der achtsame Umgang mit der Umwelt ist uns wichtig. Bitte denkt daran, jegliche Abfälle in die dafür vorgesehenen Mülleimer zu werfen.
Erste Hilfe
Für medizinische Notfälle aller Art stehen während des gesamten Festivals Sanitäter bereit.
Bitte wendet euch an die Helfer des ASB im Erste-Hilfe-Zelt oder die Mitarbeiter des Sicherheitsdienstes, solltet ihr Verletzungen erlitten haben, euch unwohl fühlen oder euch Sorgen über das Wohlbefinden anderer Festivalbesucher machen. Bitte wendet euch auch an die Mitarbeiter des Sicherheitsdienstes, sollte eure eigene Sicherheit oder die Sicherheit anderer Festivalbesucher gefährdet sein. Wo ihr im Notfall direkte Ansprechpartner findet, seht ihr auf der Festivalkarte.
Essen & Getränke
Auf dem Festivalgelände erwartet euch eine Vielzahl von Essensständen und Food Trucks mit lokalen und internationalen Speisen. Ob deftig, fruchtig oder süß: Es gibt Anregungen für jeden Geschmacksnerv. Für Veganer, Vegetarier und Fans von Fleischgerichten wird es gleichermaßen eine reichhaltige Auswahl geben. Besucher haben die Qual der Wahl zwischen vielen sättigenden Gerichten, gekühlten Drinks, Snacks für zwischendurch oder wärmenden Heißgetränken.
Feuer
Offenes Feuer ist zu eurer eigenen Sicherheit auf dem gesamten Festivalgelände inklusive der Camping Area verboten. Natürlich dürft ihr grillen. Doch bitte behaltet euren Grill dabei jederzeit im Auge! Was wir nicht auf dem Gelände haben wollen: Flüssige Grillanzünder und Gaskocher mit großen Kartuschen. Was wir auf dem Gelände wollen: Ein verantwortungsvolles sicheres Miteinander ohne Gefährdung durch Gas und Feuer.
Flaschenpfand
Wie schon letztes Jahr möchten wir, dass das Flaschenpfand vom Festival einem guten Zweck zugutekommt. Dieses Jahr haben wir uns dazu entschieden, die fleißige Hände des Reinigungsteams damit zu unterstützen. Sie planen in den nächsten Jahren ein Konzept zu entwickeln, um Festivals müllfrei ablaufen zu lassen. Wir möchten mit ihrem Dasein nicht nur ein sauberes Festival gestalten, sondern auch eure Sicherheit auf dem Campingplatz fördern. In diesem Sinne übergibt das Psychedelic Experience Festival das Recht zum Pfandsammeln an den Dienstleister. Das bedeutet, dass diese Tätigkeit ausschließlich durch diesen einen Dienstleister ausgeübt werden darf. Natürlich ist jeder Besucher willkommen, sein eigenes Pfand zu behalten. Doch das organisierte Sammeln durch hierauf spezialisierte Gruppen und Individuen ist in diesem Sinne gesetzlich verboten. Bitte unterstützt die Arbeit der und spendet ein paar Dosen oder Flaschen.
Glasflaschen
Wir möchten entspannt und ausgelassen miteinander feiern. Dafür steht die Psychedelic Experience. Glasscherben auf der Tanzfläche können die schönsten psychedelischen Erfahrungen allerdings schnell in einen Alptraum verwandeln. Um eure Sicherheit zu gewährleisten und dafür zu sorgen, dass ihr sorgenfrei mit allen Sinnen tanzen könnt, werden wir die gesamte Party-Area zur glasfreien Zone erklären. Auch an den Bars wird es keine Getränke in Glasflaschen mehr zu kaufen geben.
Glasflaschen jeder Art müssen auf dem Campingplatz bleiben. Füllt deshalb bitte alles in andere Behälter um und ab, was ihr an Getränken mit zum Dancefloor nehmen wollt – oder verzichtet im eigenen Interesse ganz darauf, Glasflaschen überhaupt mit auf das Festivalgelände zu bringen.
Fundsachen
Wer Sachen auf dem Festivalgelände verloren oder gefunden hat, kann sich beim Checkpoint
am Eingang melden. Dort sorgen unsere Mitarbeiter dafür, dass dann alle Fundsachen
wieder beim Eigentümer landen. Und wer schon öfter auf einem Festival war, weiß genau,
wie leicht Dinge verloren gehen können – und wie schlimm es ist, sie nicht
wiederzubekommen. Also meldet euch bitte am Checkpoint, wenn ihr dabei helfen könnt, Verlorenes wieder seinen Besitzern zukommen lassen zu können!
Kapseln, Couches und Konfetti
Wir veranstalten das Psychedelic Experience direkt neben einem Wald und einem See, damit euer Festivalgenuss zugleich zu einem Urlaub wird. Die schöne Umgebung gibt uns nicht nur Ruhe von unserem Alltag, sondern hilft uns auch unser inneres Gleichgewicht zu finden. Die Schwingungen der Musik am Psychedelic Experience sind absichtlich darauf ausgelegt, eine Harmonie zwischen uns und der Natur wiederherzustellen. Wir wünschen uns natürlich, dass alle eine Möglichkeit haben, um ausgelassen feiern zu können, aber dies sollte weder zu Schäden in der Natur führen, noch anderen Gästen diese Freiheit nehmen. Aus diesem Grund besteht ab 2019 auf dem Psychedelic Experience ein absolutes Konfettiverbot. Unser Sicherheitspersonal wird alle Arten von Konfetti abnehmen und sofort entsorgen. Bitte lasst es doch gleich zu Hause!
Leider hatten wir letztes Jahr viele Beschwerden von Gästen, dass der Dancefloor mitunter unzugänglich war wegen der großen Zahl von Stühlen und Couches. Die Tanzfläche ist zum Tanzen und für alle da, bitte blockiert sie nicht mit Sitzgelegenheiten! Es ist uns ein großes Anliegen, dass bei uns alle Barfuß den Kontakt mit der Natur genießen können. Leider wird unser Bestreben von den vielen Gaspatronen, die im Sand verstreut sind, stark beeinträchtigt. Bitte gebt acht auf einander und benutzt eine der vielen Müllstationen um auch die Gaspatronen dort zu entsorgen. Der Dienstleister für die Reinigung wird dafür sorgen, dass dieser wertvolle Rohstoff wieder dem Recycling zugeführt wird.
Müll & Müllpfand
Der achtsame Umgang mit der Umwelt ist uns wichtig. Mit einem wirklich sauberen Festival
steigt auch der eigene Wohlfühlfaktor – und somit auch der Spirit des Festivals aufs nächste
Level. Deshalb haben wir „The Psyclean Crew“ zu uns nach Ruthen bestellt, die
Handaschenbecher unter die Gäste bringen wird. Natürlich bitten wir euch außerdem, euren
Abfall in die dafür vorgesehenen Müllbehälter zu werfen. Zudem wird an jeden Besucher ein
Müllbeutel ausgeteilt sowie ein Müllpfand erhoben. Gegen einen mindestens halb gefüllten
Müllbeutel wird das Müllpfand bis Sonntag um 19 Uhr im Kassenbereich zurück erstattet.
Musikpausen
Freitag und Samstag ist jeweils eine Pause eingebaut von 07-10Uhr, nutzt die Zeit um euch auszuruhen, frisch zu machen und zu frühstücken. Die Bühnen und Shopmile werden in der Zeit sauber gemacht, bitte verweilt in der kurzen Zeit aufm Camping. Alle weiteren Bereiche wie Shops und Duschen sind in der Zeit nicht zugänglich

Um es jeden Gast recht zu machen und um der Nachfrage gerecht zu werden, gibt es auch TagesTickets welches 24Stunden ihre Gültigkeit haben. Alle Preisstaffeln findet ihr unter psyexperience-festival.com/tickets.
Tickets & Festivalbändchen
Bei unseren E-Tickets ist nur der Scan Code wichtig und somit ist das Ticket übertragbar.
Bitte passt jedoch beim untereinander Tauschen der Tickets auf, denn jeder Scan Code
funktioniert tatsächlich nur einmal. Das Festival Bändchen gilt dann wirklich nur für dich. Es
gehört zu jeder Zeit an dein Handgelenk. Es kann nicht übertragen werden und wird
ungültig, sobald du es abnimmst. Gleiches gilt bei Verlust.
Die Festivalbändchen bekommt ihr gegen Vorlage eurer Festivaltickets am Festival
Checkpoint am Eingang des Geländes. Mit den Bändchen könnt ihr das Festivalgelände nach
Belieben jederzeit betreten und verlassen. Wer sich allerdings ohne Bändchen auf das
Gelände schmuggeln will, erhält ein Platzverbot.
Tiere
Bitte lass deine Haustiere zuhause. Tiere sind auf dem gesamten Gelände nicht erlaubt, da die Veranstaltung für sie nicht geeignet ist.
Volunteers

Wald & Natur
Unser Festivalgelände ist von einem Waldgebiet umgeben, das jedoch von der Camping Area abgegrenzt ist. Bitte versteht, dass die Abgrenzung von Camping und Wald notwendig ist, um die Natur zu schützen. Der achtsame Umgang mit der Umwelt ist uns wichtig. Es darf durch Unachtsamkeit kein Schaden für Pflanzen und Tiere entstehen. Daher ist das Passieren vom Festivalgelände zum Wald strengstens verboten. Die Missachtung kann mit einer Geldstrafe und einem Platzverweis geahndet werden …
Zelt mieten
Mein Zelt steht schon!
Wollt Ihr die Anreise zum Psychedelic Experience ganz entspannt gestalten? Ganz ohne Hetzerei und Zeitdruck, mit wenig Gepäck und Schlepperei? Wollt Ihr am Psychedelic Experience teilnehmen und zelten, obwohl Ihr keine eigene Campingausrüstung besitzt? Der Service von mein-zelt-steht-schon macht es möglich! Ihr bucht vor dem Festival in aller Ruhe ein Zelt nebst Zubehör, welches für Euch vor Ort aufgebaut wird. Ihr müsst nur noch einziehen!
Accessibility
One party for all of us: This is our motto to make the party equally enjoyable for everyone. That’s why we try our best to create a festival without barriers. A handicapped accessible toilet is available. But the unpaved paths on the festival grounds can be obstacles. We suggest to all handicapped guests to visit the festival together with an accompanying person. This person will get a discounted entrance ticket at the festival checkpoint, if you show your disabled person’s pass with the letter “B” printed in it.
Age Check & Security
Anyone 18 years of age or older is welcome to make great festival experiences at the Psychedelic Experience Festival. We require all visitors to have the minimum age of 18. In this way, we are able to obey all rules of the German youth protection legislation. You can enter the festival area only with a valid entrance ticket. On the festival grounds, we have a security team to enhance a safe and peaceful gathering. Please follow all orders of the security staff to contribute to a great hassle-free event.
Animals
Please leave your animals at home. Animals are not allowed – neither in the camping area nor on the festival grounds. The event is not suitable for them.
Attentiveness & Partying together
We are committed to ensure, that the Psychedelic Experience Festival will become the best, most colourful and most peaceful psychedelic experience for all of us. For this reason, please respect all other guests. Please make sure not to give anyone the feeling of being harassed, threatened or harmed by your behaviour. Treat everyone in the way, that you would like to be treated yourself. Please take care of yourself and your environment.
Bottle and can deposit
Like last year, we would like the bottle deposit from the festival to go to a good cause. This year we decided to support the hardworking hands of the cleaning team with it. They plan to develop a concept in the next few years to make festivals garbage free.
We would like to use their existence not only to create a clean festival, but also to promote your safety on the campsite. In this sense the Psychedelic Experience Festival hands over the right to collect the deposit to the service provider.
This means that this activity may only be carried out by this one service provider.
Of course, every visitor is welcome to keep his own deposit. However, organized collection by groups and individuals specializing in this is prohibited by law in this sense.
Please support the work of and donate a few cans or bottles.
Capsules, Couches and Confetti
We host the Psychedelic Experience right next to a forest and a lake, so your festival enjoyment becomes a vacation at the same time. The beautiful surroundings not only give us peace from our everyday lives, but also help us find our inner balance. The vibrations of the music at the Psychedelic Experience are intentionally designed to restore a harmony between us and nature. Of course, we want everyone to have a way to party exuberantly, but this should not cause damage to nature, nor should it deprive other guests of this freedom. For this reason, there will be an absolute ban on confetti at the Psychedelic Experience starting in 2019. Our security staff will remove all kinds of confetti and dispose of it immediately. Please leave it at home right away!
Unfortunately, last year we had many complaints from guests that the dance floor was sometimes inaccessible due to the large number of chairs and couches. The dance floor is for dancing and for everyone, please don’t block it with seating!
It is of great concern to us that everyone can enjoy barefoot contact with nature. Unfortunately, our efforts are greatly hampered by the many gas cartridges scattered in the sand. Please take care of each other and use one of the many trash stations to dispose of the gas cartridges there as well. The service provider for the cleaning will make sure that this valuable raw material will be recycled again.
Glass Bottles
We would like to celebrate together in a relaxed and exuberant way. This is what the Psychedelic Experience stands for. But shards of glass on the dance floor can quickly turn the most beautiful psychedelic experiences into a nightmare. In order to guarantee your safety and to offer you the chance to dance with all your senses without worries, we will declare the entire party area a glass-free zone. Even at the bars, there will be no more drinks in glass bottles to buy.
Glass bottles of any kind must remain on the campsite. So please fill every glass-bottled-drink into other containers, that you want to take with you to the dancefloor. Even better: Refrain in your own interest from bringing glass bottles to the festival area at all.
Camping
The camping area will open its doors for you on Wednesday at 7 pm. You can put up your tent there, design your personal chill area and park your vehicle. The costs are included in the entrance ticket. After the end of the festival, you should start as soon as possible to put down your tent. Please make sure to have left the camping area until Tuesday, 1 pm. It’s not allowed to bring your animal to the camping area or the festival grounds. The event is not suitable for animals. Concerning the garbage, please stick to the general rules of the whole festival area.
Garbage & Garbage deposit
It is important to us to take care of the environment. Everyone feels a lot better in a really clean festival environment, where the spirit of the festival can reach another level. That’s why we invited the “Psyclean Crew“ to our festival in Ruthen. They will distribute portable ashtrays. We also ask you to throw your rubbish into the provided rubbish bins. Moreover, every visitor gets a garbage bag and has to pay a garbage deposit. If you bring back your garbage bag at least semi-filled at the end of the festival till Sunday 7 pm to the checkpoint area, you will get back your garbage deposit.
Getting there by bus and train
It’s possible to reach the festival grounds safely, quickly and an eco-friendly way by bus or train. Please use the different ways of public transport, that we have organized for you.
Checkpoint & Entrance
Welcome! If you see the checkpoint container around the entrance of the festival grounds, you are nearly there. This is the place, where you can change your festival ticket against a wristband. The wristband is what you need to enter or leave the festival grounds at any time. It’s not allowed to stay on the festival grounds without a valid wristband around your wrist. If we meet you without a valid wristband, we will ask you to leave the festival.
Moreover, the checkpoint is the place to get your answers to all questions about the festival. At the checkpoint, you will find the information point and the lost-and-found office, where you can check for lost items or leave valuables, that you found on the festival grounds.
Day Tickets
In order to please every guest and to meet demand, there are also day tickets which are valid for 24 hours. You can find all price scales at psyexperience-festival.com/tickets
Fire
For your own security, open fires are forbidden on the festival grounds including the camping area. Of course, you can have a barbecue. But please keep an eye on your grill all the time. What we don’t want on the festival grounds: grill lighter fluids and gas cookers with big gas cartridges. What we want on the festival grounds: A great and secure time together due to a responsible behaviour of all festival guests, that doesn’t cause any fire hazards.
First aid
During the whole duration of the festival, paramedics will be present. In case of any medical emergency, please contact the staff of the ASB First Aid organisation in the First Aid tent or the security staff. Feel free to ask them for help, if you got injured, feel sick or if you are worried about the wellbeing of other visitors. Also, please contact the security staff, if you are worried about your own security or the security of fellow festival visitors. On the festival map, you can see, where you can find the First Aids staff as well as the security staff.
Food & Drinks
On the festival grounds, you can find a great variety of food stalls and food trucks offering local and international dishes. No matter, if salty, sweet or fruity: All taste buds will get satisfied. There will be a selection of meals for vegans, vegetarians and fans of meat dishes. Visitors will get spoilt for choice. They will find filling dishes, cold drinks, snacks and warming hot drinks.
Forest & Nature
Our festival grounds are surrounded by a forest, which is separated from the camping area. Please understand, that this separation is necessary to protect the nature. For us, it is important to take care of the environment. We strictly want to avoid any damages to plants and nature due to carelessness. That’s why it is strictly forbidden to walk from the camping area into the woods. Infringements will be punished with fines and you might be asked to leave the festival.
Lost Items
If you have lost or found items on the festival grounds, please go to the checkpoint at the festival entrance. The staff will do its best to help everyone to get back lost items. If you have been on a few festivals before, you probably know, that things can get lost easily – and that it is a very sad experience not to get them back. So please come to the checkpoint, if you can help to return lost items to the owners.
Music Breaks
Friday and Saturday there is a break from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., use the time to relax, freshen up and have breakfast. The stages and shop mile will be cleaned during this time, please stay at the campsite for a short time. All other areas such as shops and showers are not accessible during this time.
Rent a tent
My tent has already been pitched!
You don’t have an own tent at hand or you’re not keen on carrying or pitching all the camping equipment by yourself? Then you’re in good hands of the crew of mein-zelt-steht-schon! They not only have tents and other camping accessories to rent, but they’re also assembling this stuff. So you just have to arrive at the Psychedelic Experience, move into the tent and start to party!
Showers & Toilets
There will be warm and cold showers on the festival grounds. Moreover, lots of toilets are available. We kindly ask you to use them and to pay attention to cleanliness. The sanitary units are spread across the whole festival area. They will be marked on the festival map. Be ensured, that the mobile toilets will get cleaned regularly. In general, it is important for us to pay attention to the environment. So please throw your garbage into the garbage bins.
Stages
Of course, we present you again a first-class line-up with top artists from all over the world on two stages. The visions of numerous deco teams will take you to new spheres, where you will forget everyday life and dance into the summer with a smile. We said goodbye to our beloved Mandala Stage in 2017. Since 2018, we welcome instead the Sungate as a new “Terminal of Dance” with a completely new concept. Since this year brand new and beautiful we welcome our Butterfly Stage. You can be excited, because here friends of the moon and the sun will be animated by the sounds of music to dance over 3 nights and 4 days. Of course, the Ambient Garden will be set up again with many fascinating details. Here you will find space for all those who need a chill break from dancing or want to talk in peace.
Tickets & wristbands
All our e-tickets have a scan code. Just that is important to enter he festival grounds. The ticket itself is transferable to other persons. But please be aware, that every scan code is just valid once. Keep that in mind, if you exchange tickets. In contrast to that, the wristband is just valid for yourself. It belongs to your wrist. It’s not transferable and becomes invalid, if you take it off. Same thing, if you lose your wristband.
You will get your wristband at the festival checkpoint at the entrance to the festival grounds. With the wristband, you can enter and leave the festival grounds at any time. But if we catch you on the festival grounds without a valid wristband, you will be asked to leave.
